General Update CE Course

The 2021-2022 General Update course gives attendees 4 hours of Update Continuing Education Credit for the 2021-2022 license year. Topics include: Working With Real Estate Agents Disclosure, Racial Equity, Broker Fiduciary Duties, Laws and Rules updates and Licensing and Education Updates.

Broker In Charge Update CE Course

The BICUP course gives attendees 4 hours of Update Continuing Education Credit for the 2021-2022 license year. Topics include: Working With Real Estate Agents Disclosure, Racial Equity, Broker Fiduciary Duties, BIC Best Practices Guide, Laws and Rules updates and Licensing and Education Updates.

Ethics in Real Estate CE Course

This course qualifies for 4 hours of continuing education credit from the North Carolina Real Estate Commission and qualifies for the 2.5 hours of Ethics training required by the National Association of Realtors deadline of December 31, 2021.

Business Planning Seminar

Realtors don’t always plan for their business and many don’t understand the true financial impact of their business.

In this all day session, we will study the difference between marketing, advertising and promotion. We will also discuss the bank accounts every agent needs according to techniques used in the Profit First and how to take advantage of being an LLC, SCorp or Sole Proprietor.

Learn how new rules in retirement accounts allow business owners to save more than ever before while avoiding taxable income.

And finally, walk out of the class with a written, specific and attainable business plan.

In addition, we will be doing follow up “check ins” throughout 2022 and students in this class will receive those check in classes for free!
