Join us for a panel discussion and the impact it will have here in North Carolina.

Our panelists include:

Bob Ramseur – Chair of the Real Estate Department at Ragsdale Liggett PLLC in Raleigh. Bob has over 30 years of practice in real estate law focusing on residential and commercial transactions, construction, development and real estate litigation. He is past president of the Real Estate Lawyers Association of North Carolina, and is the current Chair of the North Carolina Bar Association and NC REALTORS® Joint Forms Task Force. Bob has served as Vice-Chair and Chair of the North Carolina Real Estate Commission and is currently serving another term as a member of NCREC.

Travis Everette, DREI – Travis has been a real estate Broker in North Carolina for two decades and has been instructing real estate licensees for the last 15 years. His brokerage experience includes extensive residential sales and management of a firm with more than 100 agents. He has also taught real estate courses in 27 states across the United States. He holds the Distinguished Real Estate Instructor designation and is a recipient of the North Carolina Real Estate Commission’s Larry Outlaw Award for Real Estate Education and a past recipient of the North Carolina Real Estate Educators Association Educator of the Year.

Cindy Chandler, CRE, CCIM – Cindy was the 2006 President of NC Realtors and is an NAR Director. She was the 2004 Chair for NC REALTORS® Professional Standards Committee, and has served as Chairman of the NC Real Estate Commission in 2015. She is also a past recipient of the national Real Estate Educators Association Educator of the Year. She was also Vice Chair of the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Planning Commission, Chair of the Zoning Committee, and Chair of the Planning Committee.

Moderator Brian Pate – Brian was originally licensed in 1993 and began teaching real estate courses in 1995. He is a two-time past president of the NC Real Estate Educators Association and formerly managed offices with over 350 agents. Brian also served a four-year term as a Town Commissioner in Wake Forest, North Carolina, and is currently serving as the chairman of the Wake Forest Chamber Government Affairs Committee and is also a member of the Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors Government Policies and Issues Committee.
