General Update CE Course

The 2024-25 General Update course gives attendees 4 hours of Update Continuing Education Credit for the 2024-2025 license year. Topics include: NCREC Environmental Material Facts, Frequently Asked Questions, Permits, Law and Rule Updates, and Licensing and Education.

This is a 4 hour course created by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission for Update Credit for NON-BIC licensees.
