Hello to all of my BIC friends!
I am excited to be offering our first in-person CE day of the year in Wake Forest on Wednesday, October 21, 2026.
We will be doing the BICUP course (yes, the 1st hour we will discuss appraisals!) at 8:30am (breakfast provided) followed by 1:30pm (lunch provided) for our newest CE elective, “Lucky 13: 13 Artificial Intelligence Tools for Real Estate.”
