AI Boot Camp with Brian Pate is a six-week online training program designed to help real estate agents understand artificial intelligence and use it with confidence in their daily business. The program runs Mondays from Jan. 12 through Feb. 16, 2026, from 11:15 a.m. to noon via Zoom.
The boot camp starts with the basics and builds each week, giving agents a clear view of how today’s leading AI tools work and how to use them responsibly and effectively.
Week 1: OpenAI ChatGPT Basics
The program opens with a plain-language introduction to ChatGPT. Agents learn the difference between paid and free versions, what the tool does best, and how to write simple prompts that get useful results. The class also explains AI hallucinations, data privacy concerns, and the fundamentals of prompt engineering so users understand both the power and limits of the technology.
Week 2: Gemini Basics
This session focuses on Google’s Gemini platform. Agents learn what Gemini does well, how to use clear prompts, and how to create images using Nano Banana. The class ends with a side-by-side comparison of OpenAI and Gemini to help agents see where each tool fits best.
Week 3: Claude
Week three introduces Claude and shows agents how to build a personal “brain” of information inside an AI system. The class explains how Claude differs from other platforms and why many professionals use it for deeper thinking, writing, and organization.
Week 4: Confirmation Bias and AI
This class looks at how human bias can affect AI results. Agents learn how to interact with AI systems more critically, ask better follow-up questions, and avoid blindly trusting outputs.
Week 5: Custom GPTs in OpenAI
Agents learn how to create custom GPTs that automate recurring tasks. The focus is on saving time, improving consistency, and building tools that match an agent’s workflow.
Week 6: Building Your AI Tech Stack
The final class brings everything together. Agents learn how to use OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini together as a complete AI tech stack that supports marketing, communication, and daily operations.
