The recognition, earned in August 2025, marks a significant professional milestone in Pate’s decades-long career in real estate education.
The GSI designation is REEA’s highest instructor credential, representing mastery in adult education techniques, curriculum design, and student engagement. Fewer than 300 real estate educators nationwide have achieved the certification, making it one of the most respected honors in the industry.
