Judge Andrea R. Wood, in a telephone status hearing yesterday, said she expects a trial date for the Antitrust lawsuit against the National Association of Realtors soon. She is expected to name the dates between September and mid-October of this year. Expectations are that the trial date would likely begin in the first quarter of 2024.
It looks like the case against NAR, Anywhere, Keller Williams, Re/Max and Home Services of America is going to be a massive showdown.
