Brian Pate Seminars has launched a coaching program for real estate agents that provides online training for agents. The coaching sessions will begin on Monday September 18th and the initial enrollment is limited to the first 20 people to register.
The cost of the group coaching is $250 per person per month. That provides participants with weekly Zoom meetings in groups no larger than 10 participants.
One on one coaching is available for $750 per month.

How will the meetings take place?
The group coaching program is a Zoom meeting format.
What will be discussed?
The Coach will bring a discussion topic to the group and when finished, the group will open up to answer any questions that are brought to the table by the group.
We will discuss setting up your business properly, going over your P&L statements, sales techniques, scripts and much more.
In addition, you will get special Items of Value including spreadsheets to use for investor clients, articles that only come with subscription to major magazines, and materials that are unique to the coaching program.
When are the Zoom meetings?
The Zoom meetings will be Monday mornings so that you can start your week with clear and concise goals. Classes begin on September 12, 2022 and are every Monday.
Coaching Clients will be guaranteed at least 3 meetings per month. There will be some holidays that we may have meetings and we may not. That is a total of 36 coaching sessions per year for $3,000. That is less than 1/3 of the average Gross Commission Income for a single transaction in the Triangle MLS.
What is the investment?
The cost is $250 per person per month. It will be payable through an invoice from paypal and due on the first of the month. If a student does not pay, he/she will be removed from the program.
The cost for the class will be a write-off for your real estate business.
What happens if I miss a meeting?
Life happens right? There is no “punishment” for missing the meeting. Anything shared during the meeting will be sent to you. Of course, if you receive an Item of Value and don’t know how to weaponize it for use in your business, it may not have the value it has to the students that attended.
What is the value vs investment?
The monthly fee is not a cost, it is an investment in your business. If you attend an entire year and pick up something that gives you one extra transaction this year, it will pay for itself. If you think attending this coaching will give you one extra closing this year, imagine what it could do if it gave you 4 or 5!
