Brian has taught sales training, social media management, database management and many others to many different companies.

In 2014, he was elected as President of the North Carolina Real Estate Educators Association.

One of the reasons Brian is so popular as a real estate instructor is the fact that he has a team with Keller Williams Realty in Raleigh/Durham, North Carolina that sells over $12 million annually. During his career as an agent, instructor, manager and coach in the real estate industry, he has participated in over $800 million in real estate transactions.

He has also owned investment property for over 15 years along with coaching new and experienced investors in their purchases.

For almost 30 years, Brian was also a DJ who won North Carolina DJ of the Year 4 times and was recognized as the #1 DJ in the US by Wedding Industry Experts before his retirement from that business in 2014.

A fun classroom atmosphere, quality materials and extensive knowledge of the subject matter are the reasons students return to his classes over and over again to participate.

Ethics Course

This course qualifies for 4 hours of continuing education credit from the North Carolina Real Estate Commission and qualifies for the 2.5 hours of Ethics training required by the National Association of Realtors.
